Hummy Mustard Dressing

Many thanks to reader Sally for naming this dressing. 🙂


  • 2 TBSP hummus of choice
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 packet or 1 tsp powdered stevia
  • water to thin


Stir together first 3 ingredients and then slowly add water until desired consistency reached. Use as a salad dressing or pour over stir-fried/roasted veggies. So good!

    Why haven’t I seen this recipe?? This is probably better then piling 4 tbsp’s of hummus on my salad 🙂

    I eat this all the time on my veggie bowls. Love the tang of the mustard with hummus. On eggs? Divine.

    I think a perfect name for this dressing is “Hummy Mustard Sauce.” Get it? Hahaha……..
